The New Communist Party criticized the New Left's decision not to defend the two seats picked up from the Social Liberals in 2001. They urged supporters of New Left to vote for them in the constituencies in which they declined to run. Aside from the usual candidate in the Wolfshire City, Urban constituency, they also fielded candidates in Wolfshire City, Suburban and Farmlands, the two constituencies not being contested by New Left.
The newly formed Marijuana Party campaigned on the single issue of legalizing marijuana. They targeted the constituency of Croxton.
